1 General Provisions and Definitions

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals at l444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at l444, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — and the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after wagering 10 times the bonus (৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to any bonus. This requirement must be met before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user violates bonus terms or attempts to gain an advantage through deliberate abuse, l444 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and all winnings earned from it. Taking bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.

4.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

l444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any active promotion at any time. If a promotion has specific terms, they will be stated on that promotion's dedicated page.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, l444 reserves the right to cancel or adjust any bet if there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or fraudulent activity.

5.2 System Errors and Technical Issues

l444 will not be held liable for any loss caused by server errors, connection failures, or other technical issues. However, if the issue is caused by a fault on the platform itself, l444 will take reasonable steps to refund the user's deposit.

5.3 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official result of the relevant sports body is considered final for determining outcomes. If a dispute arises over a result, l444's decision will be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l444:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or errors in the platform
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of bets
• Using the platform's brand or identity to collect money from third parties

If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. l444 reserves the right to take legal action in serious cases.

7 Limitation of Liability

l444 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. Gaming is an entertainment activity and the risk of losing money is always present. l444 does not guarantee or promise any specific earnings.

l444 will not be directly liable if a bet or game session is affected by internet disconnection, power outage, or device issues. However, if the problem is demonstrably technical in nature, l444 will attempt to resolve it through review.

12 Mobile Application Terms

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the complete agreement between l444 and the user and will replace all previous oral or written agreements.
